CSA Week Whatever!!!

I sort of forgot to take my CSA photo this week before I started processing the veggies...so stuff is all over the place:

This week we got: Lots of Yellow Squash, Spring Mixed Greens, Cucumbers, Red Onion, Red Potatoes, Garlic Bulb, A HUGE Zucchini and a smaller zucchini, Green Peppers, Carrots, Swiss Chard, & Beets.

I am really really impressed with the diversity of this CSA from Eaton Farm. I feel like we have gotten more "normal" & user friendly veggies this year than last year's CSA. Stuff that I would buy normally at the grocery store - Carrots, yellow squash, potatoes, etc. I love it!! Not to mention the eggs, which we are trying to keep up with each week...yum!

Tune in next week...I am hoping tomato season will be starting soon...
